Decisions, decisions

I hate making decisions- well major, life-changing decisions anyway. So the last year has been very difficult. First I had to decide which schools to apply to and how many- I ended up with a very expensive 13 schools (expensive to apply that is).

The next major decision was harder- once I heard from the schools I had to decide which one to go to. I was in the very fortunate, but still difficult, position of having to choose between 3 excellent, and very different, schools that were all offering me funding.

Option number one, the University of Toronto.

This was the view from our hotel room.

I loved Toronto and had pretty much decided to go there but then was given some very good advice and decided to go elsewhere.

The next option was the University of Colorado at Boulder. I visited their campus as well and liked it, but at the same time it just felt like home only without the benefits of being at home (ie being near friends and family).

   This is the Student Union.

While Boulder appealed to me I finally made a decision- I'm going to the College of William and Mary! I only have one picture from my visit there last summer.

I believe this is right behind the History Building.

William and Mary seems like the best option, all things considered, and I am more excited about it now that I've finally made a decision. I never really anticipated moving out of Utah let alone all the way across the country- it's incredibly intimidating- but very exciting too.

Now I just need to decide whether to live in student housing or off campus...
