This semester has been nice because I am less busy than last semester but it's funny how the time fills up anyway.

While it's nice to have a less stressful schedule I still miss my students. One of them is spending this semester in India- I'm so impressed with her, I thought I'd share her blog with you- if you are interested click here.

Arctic Unicorns

My friend posted about narwhalls on her blog and it made me think of my nieces- they'd probably like narwhalls because they are kind of like a cross between a dolphin and a unicorn- two of my nieces favorite animals. So Robin- show this to the girls!

I'm watching the movie- 1776- I remember watching this in elementary school, there is a lot more sex (talk) in it than I remember- I wonder if they showed a clean flicks-like version of it or if they just figured all the sex talk would go over our heads (it apparently went right over my head). Here's a song from it- it may seem an odd follow up for my last post on Golden Girls but I'm sure all you Golden Girls fans will recognize Thomas Jefferson- he dated Blanche.
